Explain how the human heart works. Part 2
How does the Human Heart Work?
By Justin G.
The heart is a human living life source
The heart has blue and red blood veins making it run
The Heart/ Blood Cells
The human heart is one of the 8 organs. The heart is the middle of the circulatory system. As you know the heart is a human’s living source. There are red veins all over the heart making it run. The veins also help the heart circulate blood. The heart beats approximately 60 to 100 times every minute! Inside the heart are very important things, but some even more important things are microscopic cells that float all around the heart doing their job. One job is to give blood into the lungs. There are two different blood cells in the heart one are the red blood cells the second are the white blood cells. Red blood cells remove carbon dioxide from the body and gives oxygen blood to other cells. White blood cells are also called leukocytes. Their main purpose is to fight disease and kill bacteria. The heart works with the blood vessels to supply your red and white blood cells with all it's needs.
Red blood cells provide carbon dioxide
About the Heart
In the heart there is a right and left ventricle, Pulmonary arteries, atrium, septum, and atria. A ventricle is a chamber in the heart that expels blood to the lungs. A pulmonary artery is a vessel that transports the blood from the right ventricle to the lungs. The right atrium receives blood returning to the heart. The left atrium receives blood returning to the pulmonary veins. The septum is a body of fat that protects the heart. And the atria pumps blood to the ventricles. When blood flows in the heart it flows through these 13 sections in this order. Right Atrium- Right Ventricle- Pulmonary artery- Lungs-Veins- Left Atrium- Left Ventricle- Aorta- Small artery- Capillaries- Small Veins- Large Veins- Right Atrium.
In the heart the blood flows through a sequence.
How the heart works
One sequence of the heart is after the ventricle contracts, the right veil shuts, while the other veil opens which gives blood to the lungs. The left ventricle pumps blood into the cells. Then oxygen blood pours into the right atrium. Next the right blood from the lungs goes into the right atrium. One fact is that a pale gold fluid called Plasma has water, proteins, and minerals in it.
